Olga Krochak, CFRE is a fundraising leader specializing in capital campaigns, major gifts, and innovative fundraising strategy. She is known for building sustainable, high-impact development programs that help organizations move from transactional fundraising to transformational philanthropy.

A Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and 2026 CFRE Ambassador, Olga brings a strong commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and forward-thinking approaches to donor engagement. Her work spans major gifts, corporate partnerships, and complex campaign environments, where she helps organizations articulate compelling cases for support, cultivate meaningful donor relationships, and secure long-term philanthropic investment.

As an Associate at ViTreo, Olga provides strategic and hands-on leadership to fundraising initiatives across Canada. Her experience as both an in-house fundraising leader and a consultant, combined with a background in social work, allows her to quickly assess organizational readiness, align fundraising strategy with mission and impact, and introduce innovative practices that strengthen fundraising culture and performance.

In recognition of her contributions to the sector, Olga received the 2022 Alberta Women’s Newcomer Impact Award from the Government of Alberta for her dedication to philanthropy.

Olga holds a Master of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, along with certifications in leadership, anti-racism, and fundraising. She is a past Board Member of AFP Canada and an avid volunteer with various community causes, reflecting her long-standing commitment to the philanthropic sector.
