Adriana is Senior Counsel and Director of Associate and Client Engagement with ViTreo Group Inc., and a valued member of the firm’s leadership team. She partners closely with non-profit organizations to strengthen fundraising strategy, leadership capacity, and community impact. Drawing on extensive experience in fund development, strategic planning, community initiatives, and event leadership, Adriana brings both thoughtful counsel and practical expertise to every engagement.

Known for her calm, encouraging presence, Adriana helps teams navigate complex and sometimes daunting initiatives with clarity and confidence. She loves starting new projects and seeing them grow into work that makes the world even a little better, and she takes pride in mentoring and supporting others so they can stretch, learn, and feel proud of what they’ve achieved. Over the years, she has worked closely with boards, committees, and staff at many stages in their philanthropic programs, providing campaign counsel, team leadership, and practical, hands-on fundraising support.

Adriana is deeply committed to her profession and her community. An active member with the AFP Calgary & Area Chapter, she has co‑chaired the Banff Compass Conference twice (2015 and 2017) and served four terms on the Board of Directors between 2014 and 2021.

Outside of work, Adriana is rarely far from a good book or a packed suitcase. Her e‑reader and passport are among her most prized possessions, reflecting her love of stories, new places, and the chance to keep learning about this beautiful world and the people who make it home.
