Tania Little, CFRE
For over 26 years, Tania has been involved in the philanthropic sector. Tania is the Director of Development and Partnerships with Food Banks Canada leading their annual $40-million-dollar national food and funds campaign. She has been a professional fundraiser and consultant for 19 years in progressively senior fundraising and marketing roles with local, national and international organizations on campaigns ranging from $3 – $260 million.
With a commitment and focus on active community engagement Tania has served on the Executive Committee of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Board – International; Executive Committee of the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy – Canada Board; as the Chair of Planned Parenthood Toronto, as Co-Chair of the 3-year Ontario based Diversity to Inclusion Philanthropy initiative and as Co-Chair for Mentorship for the Inclusive Giving Fellowship program.
Tania has deep interest in global learning in philanthropy, she also has chaired and launched the AFP Knowledge Centre, the development of the AFP Fundamentals in Fundraising Course as well as Canada’s largest fundraising conference: Congress.
Tania is certified fundraising executive and certified CSR practitioner; a mother to 5 and a bubbie to 2.
