Operations Coordinator

Natalie is a dedicated and passionate Executive Assistant who excels at managing multiple projects, provides exceptional customer service and consistently offers a can-do attitude. Natalie has often worn many hats in her previous roles and can offer in addition to administrative support, experience in human resources, database management, office coordination, volunteer services, and event coordination.

Driven by deadlines and an aim to please, Natalie will get the job done while keeping a spunky and creative sense of humour in the office. Natalie is a new member of the ViTreo team and is extremely excited for the adventures ahead. She has an appreciation and love for the non-profit industry and looks forward to directing her professional efforts towards making a meaningful difference in our community.

There are some notable accomplishments in Natalie’s portfolio thus far. She has been heavily involved in various fundraising events that have resulted in upwards of $500,000 being raised. She has also reconfigured varying processes on the back end of both a non-profit and profit organization. Examples of this include revamping onboarding processes, restructuring vendor employment and streamlining a health and wellness program for staff.

Traveling has been a big part of Natalie’s story, thanks to her schooling and volunteer background. While attending the University of Victoria in the Bachelor of Commerce program, she was given the chance to live and go to school in Singapore for 6 months.

Natalie’s volunteer work includes building a classroom in a Tanzanian village and a bountiful garden at a Cambodian orphanage, these experiences will always be fondly remembered and considered life changing.

As one of the few born and raised Calgarians left in this city, Natalie looks forward to beginning this new chapter with her husband and adopted dog Mulligan. Outside of work, you can find Natalie enjoying a tasty slice of pizza, watching live music, exploring local markets, and cheering for the Calgary Flames.
