Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer at ViTreo Group, Natalie brings over fifteen years of progressively influential leadership experience in both for-profit and non-profit environments. Her journey began in supporting the volunteer services unit at a children's hospital foundation, setting the course for an unwavering commitment to championing vulnerable populations and dedicating her efforts towards strengthening our community.

Natalie plays an integral and essential role at ViTreo by effectively coordinating and managing all business operations, including business strategy, human resources, client services, business development, and office operations. With an eye for detail and a natural affinity for developing and implementing business processes and systems, Natalie has supported ViTreo Group in becoming the largest fundraising consultancy firm in Western Canada.

A driving force behind Natalie's professional ethos is her dedication to inspiring excellence in others. Recognizing that organizations thrive when individuals feel empowered, informed, and part of a cohesive team, she remains steadfast in fostering lasting and meaningful change within the sector through her pivotal role at ViTreo.

Natalie's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, where she pursued her studies after a decade of competitive soccer. Physical fitness and sports have always been a part of Natalie’s world as she is a great believer that movement is good for the mind, body, and soul!

Outside of work, you can find Natalie going on adventures with Mulligan and her husband, swimming at the local community centre, enjoying live comedy, or practicing her dance moves at live music shows around Calgary. But if the Calgary Flames are playing, you will likely find Natalie at the Saddledome cheering on her home team. Go Flames!
