Senior Associate

Jill believes in an integrated approach to philanthropy, marketing, and communications. As a senior associate with ViTreo Group, she helps elevate nonprofit communications through non-traditional approaches, bold ideas and authentic storytelling. She has a genuine passion for brand development and stakeholder engagement.

Her strategic approach has led to significantly increased revenues and expanded stakeholder bases for many organizations. Jill created a communication strategy that helped solidify a long-term funding partnership in the non-profit sector and over $750K in funding. She has led rebranding initiatives for top organizations with great success.

Jill’s proven track record spans both private and nonprofit sectors and she has earned multiple awards for marketing excellence.

She served as Director, Philanthropy and Engagement with the Alzheimer Society of Calgary, was engaged in Dementia Network Calgary (a collective impact initiative) and helped develop the dementia strategy for Alberta.

Jill is a certified Communication Management Professional (CMP) and a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE).

She is a University of Calgary alumni with a double degree in communication and psychology and is a member of both AFP and International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

Being an avid kite surfer, Jill must devote time to the wind and waves in places like Vancouver Island and Maui’s North Shore. She can land jumps of up to 14 feet (which means she could probably jump over an elephant, but not a giraffe). She loves her dog, a rescue hound from Trinidad.
