Holli is a collaborative, future-focused fundraising leader who helps organizations unlock generosity, strengthen relationships, and build the internal capacity needed to grow with confidence. Her work is grounded in clarity, partnership, and a deep belief that philanthropy moves fastest when people feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Current Work and ViTreo Focus

Holli partners with clients to advance major gifts, annual giving, and integrated fund development strategies that strengthen long-term sustainability. She is especially drawn to engagements that require building or rebuilding development programs, clarifying strategic direction, and aligning teams around shared purpose. She brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach to complex work—balancing data, donor insight, and organizational readiness to help leaders make decisions that feel both bold and achievable. 

Career Path and Notable Experience

Holli’s career spans senior leadership roles across healthcare, research, and community-serving organizations, including two hospital foundations, the University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, as well as the Alzheimer Society of Alberta & Northwest Territories. She has led major gift portfolios, multi-channel campaigns, corporate partnerships, and board-driven strategic initiatives, consistently strengthening pipelines and elevating organizational visibility. Her experience includes guiding teams through periods of growth, transition, and cultural change—always with a focus on clarity, accountability, and shared success.

Community, Education, and Professional Engagement

Holli is an active contributor to the nonprofit sector, serving on the boards of YMCA of Northern Alberta, the Fort Edmonton Foundation, and the Women’s Health Coalition. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from Royal Roads University and maintains her CFRE credential. Her work is shaped by a commitment to equity-deserving communities, healthcare advancement, and social justice—areas where she continues to invest her time, learning, and leadership.

Human Element

Outside of work, Holli volunteers with various organizations including Fort Edmonton Foundation and the Women’s Health Coalition. When she isn’t working, she is sourcing new trendy cafes, drinking coffee and taste testing new ice cream flavours. She enjoys running and exploring Edmonton’s expansive river valley.
