Project Coordinator
Gagan is a passionate and creative member of the social profit sector whose goal is to contribute to creating a lasting and direct impact in her community. She started out at ViTreo as an Intern and is now a Project Coordinator, providing support on client engagements and to the office team.
Gagan grew up in a community that sparked a love for community service, volunteering, and helping others. She has experience as a community leader for a local grassroots food drive called Walking Away Hunger and has also served on the executive team for Sikh Youth Calgary, a local youth volunteer group.
Considering her community work, fundraising for non-profits was a natural trajectory. Gagan has worked with both the Northern Hills Community Association and the Women in Need Society in fund development roles, where she did prospect research, wrote grants, and executed various fund development initiatives and events.
She obtained a BSc in Natural Sciences along with a BA in English from the University of Calgary in 2021 and is currently pursuing a certification in Integrated Digital Media.
As an avid foodie, Gagan can be found hunting the city for new cuisines and spicy dishes, including ramen noodles, tacos, sushi, and shawarma. She also enjoys exploring new parks where she can get her steps in and catch up on all her favourite podcasts.
