Manager of Operations

On November 4, 2015, we launched Canada’s newest fundraising consultancy — a consultancy that brings together three of the country’s most experienced, credible, and ethical fundraising firms. ViTreo, pronounced Vi-Trey-OH, is one of Canada’s leading and largest fundraising consultancies.

The Opportunity

Located in Calgary and reporting to the Partners, the Manager of Operations is responsible for directing and managing the flow of daily business within our busy consulting firm. The Manager is both a consummate professional and a master of logistics and deadlines.

We’re a brand new company and this is a new position with an exciting opportunity to shape this role to fit with the brand, values and most importantly our clients. This role is a critical member of the consulting team and promotes a highly responsive, customer-service culture across the company. The Manager will work closely with all three Partners and all members of ViTreo’s consulting team. This is a full-time position in a virtual office environment.

You are self-directed, flexible, articulate and creative and possess exceptional organizational skills. You thrive in a geographically dispersed, virtual business environment.

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, integrity, and a “can do” attitude are essential qualities for this role. A degree is an asset as is a strong understanding of and a passion for the non-profit sector. Project management experience is essential.
