Senior Associate
Candice Naylen is a fundraising professional with extensive fund development experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in post-secondary institutions. As one of the youngest CFRE recipients, she has fundraised for various capital campaigns in Calgary and is responsible for multimillion-dollar fundraising goals.
Candice holds a BA from Western University and an MA from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and maintains her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation. She has held multiple board and volunteer roles in the community and was the recipient of WXN Canada's Most Powerful Top 100 in 2007.
Candice has held various senior roles in her career, most recently as Vice President, Advancement for an international development organization. She was responsible for its global fundraising, marketing, communications, community engagement, institutional partnerships, and stake holder relations.
Candice loves to travel and explore new places. She enjoys weekend trips with her close friends and exploring new sandy beaches. Candice currently lives in Ottawa with her two children where she can be found taking them hiking and enjoying the out-doors.
