Administrative Assistant
10-15 Hours per week

ViTreo Group, one of Canada’s leading nonprofit sector consultants is seeking part-time administrative support for approximately 15 hours per week at its head office located in Calgary. Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling and preparing for meetings

  • Actively support the day-to-day tasks of running an office

  • Work in conjunction with the administrative team to create and/or update lists, data, templates, administrative guides, team resources, etc.

  • Actively contribute to the client stewardship program

  • Assist with Human Resource projects as needed

  • Help ViTreo continue to grow and expand by supporting the business development efforts

  • Project support for current ViTreo clients (after appropriate training)

  • Greet and provide general support to guests visiting the ViTreo office


  • Completion of a related post-secondary certificate or diploma preferred

  • Two (2) or more years of direct professional administrative experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong knowledge of GSuite programs

  • Database experience will be considered an asset

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders of all levels

  • Self-motivated and takes initiative

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Pay Range:

$20 - $25 / hour
